What was the package in charge of logout/shutdown/etc.?

I can’t shutdown, restart & logout my system. I think it’s missing a package for it.

When I press the shutdown or logout from the application menu, nothing happens.

I was working and I was posting all the stuff I noticed on my work desktop. I was gonna check the moment I gwt home or in between transit
