When an application needs to request portal access multiple times, how can I permanently grant that access?

I don’t see any way to determine what portal corresponds to what source. Consequently, how do I permit obs-studio to not need to ask? …Is that possible? Is another workaround superior? I don’t have this problem on AOSP 14 or Windows 11 (even for MSIX).
