Or other distros like it such as RHEL and Fedora.
That is a question for those distros.
Nobody at KDE will know that.
As for Red Hat… Well, good luck getting them to support it.
You can install it, but I do not think they support it.

I use Oracle Linux with KDE. It works fine without errors. But I think it’s not as good performance wise. I think I’ve learnt here it’s because of Nvidia.
