Where can I go to hire someone to develop/modify Kwin scripts for me?

I am a developer but I do not know Kwin/QT/Plasma, nor do I have time/cycles to learn.

I’m hoping I can hire someone who can do some custom development for me. Full disclosure: I will pay for the work but all code will be made available to the public.
