After an Update, I changed some settings in KDE plasma and that resulted in Plasma no longer working properly, from testing reinstalling or deleting KDE desktop environment and then resintalling it doesn’t fix it
(which I immediately regretted because my OS got turned into a terminal-only session, can say that it is very easy to gain an appreciation for visual desktops after fixing everything)
In conclusion it is very likely the issue is in files that are created after installation and don’t get deleted when deleting the environment
I’m not putting this in Bug Reports because all I’m asking is where can I find the config file of plasma in a Fedora based distro
once I found it and successfully reverted everything back to normal, I’ll make a bug report showing said config file
