I can use Issues · GitLab.org / GitLab · GitLab for GitLab upstream, but I don’t see an equivalent for KDE Invent itself either. This somewhat makes sense, because although Invent’s source is surely available somewhere, bugs.kde.org is the tracker to use usually.
Consequently, shouldn’t bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?classification=Websites have an invent.kde.org option? bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=www.kde.org seems unnecessarily broad.
We don’t make KDE Invent, that’s just GitLab Community edition and bug requests/feature requests should be filed to them.
@redstrate, I know that it’s just an instance of GitLab CE.
I’d like to request an instance-specific configuration change, though, which means that I need a place to file the request.
I would file a sysadmin ticket then, since Ben handles the instance configuration.

I’ve done that a few times, but that’s a private support portal. I’d like to put to public vote a chance to the instance.
We don’t generally vote on proposed changes; that’s not how stuff gets done in KDE.
What change do you want to propose?
@ngraham,
I’d like to request that invent.kde.org use Libravatar instead of Gravatar.
It’s more in keeping with the FOSS spirit of KDE, and (more importantly) seems to be a better avatar synchronization service, in my opinion.
Users of bugs.kde.org do, though. It uses bugs.kde.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#importance for certain (although many) categories:
bugs.kde.org/page.cgi?id=voting/user.html
bugs.kde.org/page.cgi?id=voting/user.html&bug_id=470999#vote_470999, for instance.
The proposal seems reasonable. I also don’t know where you’d file it though. Using Log in to KDE Bugtracking System is probably reasonable enough for now.
JFYI votes on bugs are meaningless. Nobody looks at them or uses them to prioritize work.
