Where to find latest Windows Version of ISO Image Writer

Due to the fact, that tails detected trouble with etcher and the end of Win10 comes, I look for a simple ISO image writer which I can propose.

Due to my good experience with KDE ISO Image Writer (flatpack version), I would propose them. But anyhow it was listed as available on Windows at

I can’t find one of the latest versions (24.12) somewhere.
I checked as well:

But the Builds on binary-factory:
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/KDE%20ISO%20Image%20Writer_Release_win64/
Seams to be locked due to error:
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Anyone can help me, and a lot of potential new Linux entusiasts

Hi - the ISO Image Writer seems to currently be in need of a developer to step in and get production of Windows builds flowing again:

For what it’s worth, an interim solution could be the Windows builds of the Fedora Media Writer - I haven’t used it in a long time, but I think I recall it being able to use any .iso file, not just Fedora images

Yes, I’ve seen your thread and the remark from @redstrate, but this is old, as well. Their seams to be a version available according info on github, but the referenced download link is on a not animore existing server. I expect this was an build error which was not detected till now.

There is a good overview at openSUSE, but a lot of the listed solutions have some drawbacks or not maintained anymore:
