Hi - the ISO Image Writer seems to currently be in need of a developer to step in and get production of Windows builds flowing again:
For what it’s worth, an interim solution could be the Windows builds of the Fedora Media Writer - I haven’t used it in a long time, but I think I recall it being able to use any .iso file, not just Fedora images
