Which image writer should I use for KDE Neon User?

image

Hello,

I’m new to KDE Neon, recently decided to switch over from Mint. I was trying to write the ISO onto a USB using the KDE image writer like the download page says, but it only gives me the error pictured above. Will everything still work correctly if I use a different writer? I tried looking it up but I didn’t find a clear answer, (and I’m not very familiar with this kind of thing) so I’m asking here instead. I was thinking something like Balena Etcher or Rufus but I wanted to ask and be sure first.

Partly asking because I got the impression that using the wrong writer would break things.

Are you sure the USB is big enough?

Definitely, it’s completely new and has 64 gigabytes of space. Unless the problem is that it’s too much? I saw other people online were having the same problem with the program, but none of them mentioned storage size.

Could be this: 474195 – "Last block was not fully written" error if usbstick is not unmounted, does not unmount on its own

That worked, thanks!
