After successfully installing VOSK (green box) I have been encouraged to install VISHPEER but I get this error screen:
Do I need to take any action to resolve this error?

Your screenshot is unreadably tiny. Can you post or link to a bigger version?
TLDR: Just click on Instalar Whisper.
The orange box is telling you that some Python modules are required but not available. At least that’s what I am piecing together from what little Spanish I understand …
