Every time I rotate the screen in HDR mode, the monitor becomes super bright for few milliseconds and then becomes normal.
Hi - it looks like this was already submitted as a bug report through the KDE Bugtracking System: 503829 – If I rotate the screen, the brightness becomes super bright for few milliseconds in HDR.
If this is a bug in KDE software, triaging and investigation are best managed through comments on that bug report
