Will new Plasma 6 features for Plasma Panel be backported?

Does anybody know, if the two important new usability Plasma Panel features

  • floating panels have an outer shadow
    and
  • panels can intellihide (“Dodge Windows”)

will be backported from Plasma 6 to Plasma 5.27.x ?

Generally speaking features are never backported to existing releases. 5.27 only gets bugfixes
