I had this today 3 times and rebooted for this and its coming randomly again. All my Windows are randomly going over the other when unfocused and the focused one goes sometimes to the very below or in the middle somewhere.
What have I done different today? Played Apex Legends with Proton Hotfix and used Cura Ultimaker 5.6.0 through Flatpak. Something of this may trigger it again and again because the last few days were OK.
Its like the Stacked Windows are in reversed order.
