At the moment Advanced Radio Player will not function, like at all, without a working Networkmanager. Since I manage my network with systemd, I don’t even have NetworkManager installed and ARP gives an error message complaining that module “org.kde.plasma.networkmanagement” is not installed. When I install NetworkManager is complains that there is no internet connection. This dependency makes ARP unusable.
Hi! As an FYI, if what you’re referring to is Advanced Radio Player - KDE Store , then that’s developed by an individual user - I believe it’s @saurov based on this previous post about the widget, but sorry if I’m tagging incorrectly!
I don’t see any source repository info on that KDE Store page, so I’m not sure if the author of that widget takes issue reports and, if they do, what mechanism they’d prefer.

I posted here, because of that other post you mentioned. There where reaction there so… But I’ll post in the KDE store as well.
Good afternoon. I am aware of this issue and will try to fix it in the next update.
