How to report a review in Discover?

Apologies if this is a duplicate, I searched here and on search engines but couldn’t find any duplicates or an answer to this.

Is there any way to report a review in Discover? I occasionally come across spammy ones. Is there a separate site we have to go to to report it?

I’m using Fedora 39 with Discover 5.27.11 if this is a distro specific thing or something that’s already available in a newer version of Discover. This is also on a distro repository package page in Discover, not a Flatpak if that matters.

You can downvote it in the expanded “see all reviews” popup. The only option beyond that is to report it to the ODRS maintainers; see https://odrs.gnome.org. Apparently you have to Contact Richard Hughes directly! That doesn’t seem like it scales very well…
