Input devices, how to set up the correct way under Wayland and Plasma

What’s really needed is touchpad work area customizations so that you can fit the touchpad area to the screen, without untapped areas.

I have dead margins of about 1 cm on the left, top and right of the touchpad and I have no idea how to make it sensitive.

As I mentioned in How to configure touchpad size/coordinates/margins on Plasma+Wayland? - #2 by ngraham, this is a driver bug. There’s nothing KDE can do about it.
