I’d advise that you try PMOS with Plasma Mobile if you really need this, but you’ll have to ascertain the solution to the undermentioned first:

In the desktop version of Plasma 6, I can modify the speed in kcm_workspace: [Screenshot_20250126_173038] However, this KCM doesn’t exist in my PMOS installation: Operating System: postmarketOS KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0 Qt Version: 6.8.1 Kernel Version: 6.12.4 I expect it to be there, considering (as I’ve explained at discuss.kde.org/t/21697/2), this is available in AOSP 14 too.
