KDE Plasma Theme not downloading

Ok but that’s doesn’t solve my other issue.

Which is when i want a different SDDM login theme it put me the standard one as describe in my post opened here:

Unable to install themes from system setting and change SDDM conenexion appearance since upgrade from 24.04 to 24.10

As indicate in the title since i upgraded my Kubuntu from 24.04 to 24.10 version, i’m unable to install themes from system settings and to change the SDDM connexion theme too.
