As indicate in the title since i upgraded my Kubuntu from 24.04 to 24.10 version, i’m unable to install themes from system settings and to change the SDDM connexion theme too.

Have you reported that to Kubuntu? At least mention it in their forums → https://www.kubuntuforums.net .
You can tell them it works in Arch Linux and Fedora 40.

By the way i succeed for SDDM login theme by installing the right version cause when i go through the system setting it seems that it’s the Plasma 5 version purposed to download
Still have the problem for global themes.
