Kdenlive appimage file name?

Just for curiosity:

What is the difference between

kdenlive-23.08.3-x86_64.AppImage

and

kdenlive-23.08.3-x86_64-A.AppImage

and why has it been renamed? ( Or simply: what’s the meaning of the -A ?)
