I signed in with Google, it IS in the online accounts section; but it says access denied. Can someone help? (Also, weirdly, it isn’t asking for access to google drive when signing in if that helps)
Maybe this helps:

Well, that problem isn’t really solved either. It did not help.
No other solutions in fact. Google denied access:

Then how are other people using KIO GDrive without any issues? And other integrations (?) the KDE accounts menu promises?
(Or maybe, i need to reinstall/fix KDE.)
Either they had access previously, before Google revoked things, or they have used other methods to either create their own personal keys or (potentially bad) spoofing Gnome’s access..
I had one such pre-existing setup that worked, but lost it when I did a clean install. Luckily, I had previously set up a personal key in the past for Rclone to access my gdrive, so I used that.
It has nothing to do with your system, but Google’s decision, and no one doing the work of satisfying their requirements, jumping through their hoops, and invoking the proper incantations.
So…use rclone instead if KIO GDrive?
That’s an option but not really for Dolphin use.
My point was that I’d already set up access for Google Drive for rclone for my NAS so I’d already done the steps to set up personal keys as previously mentioned.
