Run command with hot corner

There are many places in Plasma whee you can choose an action to run on a certain event. (e.g. hot corner, double click on titlebar or scroll on desktop). Hover you can only choose from a few options. In my opinion there should be to new options for that settings: command and shortcut. Command should run a command (e.g. firefox) and shortcut should simulate a shortcut (e.g. Meta+V).

Events like scroll on desktop should have an option to run different commands depending on the direction.

In that way, every action should be possible to run through hot corners or desktop actions. One usecase could be opening Dolphin when clicking on the Desktop or starting the cube-effect when moving the cursor in a corner.

Additionally, more work should be focussed on bringing back mouse gestures in general; I remember having at least 110 unique actions which (preferable, in my opinion, to randomly crashing into corners) could be executed by drawing a shape - and those actions could include any script, qdbus command, or Kwin action you could think of.

Used to be possible at some point. And actually stiil is if on x11. https://discuss.kde.org/t/custom-actions-for-screen-edges/30843
